Fleet fuel management

Control every litre your fleet buys.

Issue cards against value or volume wallets, set the rules each card trades under, and see every transaction the moment it is authorised at the pump — on one ledger that is auditable line by line.

Applying takes about fifteen minutes and needs your company registration documents. You can save and come back.

The platform

What it does

Cards with rules

Limit a card to one product, one set of sites, a daily litre ceiling or a time window. A card that breaks its rules is declined at the pump, not discovered on a statement.

Value or volume

Fund a wallet in currency, or buy litres now and draw them later at the price you agreed. Both settle through the same ledger.

An auditable ledger

Every movement is a posted, immutable entry. Corrections are new entries, never edits, so a statement can always be traced back to what happened.

Spend you can see

Consumption by vehicle, driver, site and product, with the exceptions — odd hours, odd volumes, repeat fills — surfaced rather than buried.

What happens when you apply

  1. You register an interest. We verify your email address and mobile number so we know how to reach you.
  2. You give us your company detail and documents. Registration certificate, tax registration and proof of address. You will see exactly what is needed and why.
  3. We review it. Our onboarding team checks the application and may come back to you for more.
  4. If approved, your account is created and the administrator you nominated is invited to set their password.

Submitting an application does not create an account, issue a card, or commit you to anything.
